Service Guidelines:

• Most services are based on a per hour rate of $25 an hour with a minimum of 1 hour service charge, with a few exceptions:
  • writing, addressing and mailing invitations, holiday cards, thank you notes, announcements etc are charged at the rate of $1 per item for the first 100 items and then .75 cents an item thereafter, not including postage
  • pet and house sitting fees are $15 per visit, up to 2 pets (additional fee for additional pets)
• Service time begins from your location (when applicable) and ends when task has been completed. All time will be rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.
• Client is responsible for all vendor and third party charges.
• Service requests received 24 hours in advance will be charged the normal fee. Any services requested for the same day will be charged an additional fee.
• Any distance traveled over 15 miles for any service will incur an additional 40 cent per mile charge.
• Payment must be made when services are purchased, unless prior arrangements have been made. Package plans are available.
• Cancellation: Services must be cancelled within 4 hours of the requested service, otherwise a minimum of 1 hour will be charged.
• An additional charge will be incurred for services completed outside our normal business hours of 9-5 Monday through Friday.
• Payment can be made via PayPal, personal check or money order.
